The division
You will join Group Procurement division. Our mission is to drive AXA Group performance by optimizing the end-to-end Procurement process, while building a risk-managed supplier based.
We have a global and entity Procurement role with 2 different mandates:
As Group, we:
·Drive sustainable Procurement across AXA Group and engage the Group Procurement community
·Leverage our purchasing power through global deals & key supplier relationship management
·Define & share vendor risk framework (incl. ESG) & outsourcing policies
·Provide and manage global Procurement tools
As Group Operations (GO), we:
·Drive and implement sustainable Procurement at AXA GO engage the GO Procurement community
·Optimize the external spend by managing categories and suppliers, and challenging the demand to support AXA GO strategy
·Implement vendor risk framework (incl. ESG) & outsourcing policies at AXA GO
·Develop and use local & global Procurement tools

You will be part of the Procurement Transformation team and reporting to the Group Sustainable Procurement Transformation Officer.
About the job
Job purpose
As Group Sustainable Procurement officer, your main objective is to implement and continuously improve the Sustainable Procurement policy across the Group, aiming to integrate environment, human rights, health & safety, fundamental freedom, business integrity and inclusion & diversity considerations in the relationships with our suppliers.
Working with several other stakeholders (CPOs and Procurement community, Group Sustainability, Group Legal, Group HR and Digital Sustainability), you will support local entities for the implementation of policy and ensure their reporting.
Main missions
Your responsibilities include:
·ESG Guidelines
oDeploy and monitor the ESG Guidelines across 20+ entities animating the procurement community to ensure their improvement (e.g., inclusion of CR Criteria in RFPs, EcoVadis assessment, negotiations on CR Clause)
oRegularly update the ESG Guidelines based on a continuously improvement mindset (e.g., feedback from entities and legal department, monitoring of best market practices)
·Inclusive Procurement
oAnimate the CPO community to ensure that they define a realistic roadmap with their teams enabling them to reach the Group inclusive procurement spend target
oProvide tools and methodology to entities to support them to increase their inclusive procurement spend
oShare progress regularly with the HR group and use their sponsorship to support the procurement community on this project
·Community Management (around 130 members so far):
oManage and support the online community (prepare community calls, support the community on ad hoc requests)
oOnboard new and missing entities
oSupport AXA Digital Sustainability initiatives linked to Sustainable Procurement
oPrepare and co-animate Responsible Procurement Awareness sessions for Group and GO Procurement teams
oCollect and consolidate KPIs for the Annual Report, DJSI evaluation and CSRD (incl. the measure of Group’s supply chain Carbon footprint)
oUpdate the Annual Report and the AXA Group Standards sent to CEOs to share the improvement of suppliers’ vigilance plan
