UES has an immediate opening for a Senior Environmental Engineer/Project Client Manager. The position will support our Industrial and Petrochemical Business Sector and direct our Environmental Engineering Services. The successful candidate will have key leadership and experience in the environmental consulting arena as well as senior project management experience. This candidate will also have market development responsibilities.
The position will include field and office work managing industrial clients involving industrial and hazardous waste sites, RCRA projects including investigations and remediation of hazardous waste sites. Specific duties will include, but are not limited to, managing the engineering group, senior project lead for our industrial projects, mentoring staff, developing a preparing site investigation report, engineering studies and remediation design plans in support of facility investigations and cleanups. This person should also be familiar with environmental permitting requirements. The person should also have experience interacting and negotiating with the TCEQ and the Railroad Commission.
This position is an integral member of the project team, interfacing with internal and external clients, preparing project deliverables, and clearly communicating with other project team members.
