Skills/Qualifications: Must be self-motivated, with strong attention to detail and excellent oral and written communication skills. Requires a combined background in health science and business, with a broad understanding of measuring and managing the financial drivers of the HIV response. Strong analytical skills are essential, with the ability to interpret complex financial and programmatic data to inform decision-making. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and other relevant software applications is required. Must be in good physical condition and able to travel occasionally.
Education and Experience:
- BS/BA in Public Health, Epidemiology, Health Sciences or allied sciences or related field appropriate to the work of the position.
- Minimum of 6-9 years of relevant work experience.
Clearance Requirements: Must be a U.S. Citizen. Must be able to obtain a Moderate Risk Public Trust (Tier 2) clearance.
Physical Requirements: The ideal candidate must at a minimum be able to meet the following physical requirements of the job with or without a reasonable accommodation:
- Ability to perform repetitive motions with the hands, wrists, and fingers.
- Ability to engage in and follow audible communications in emergency situations.
- Ability to sit for prolonged periods at a desk and working on a computer.
The Nakupuna Companies use a market-based compensation strategy to ensure that our employees are compensated within applicable market ranges commensurate with multiple factors, including but not limited to the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability, organizational requirements, and position location. The projected compensation range for this position is $96,500.00 to $141,000.00 (annualized USD). The good faith salary range displayed represents the position at time of posting and is just one component of Nakupuna Companies total compensation package for employees.
