Role SummaryAs a Senior SAP Fiori Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing innovative Fiori applications to enhance user experience and streamline business processes on SAP systems. You will Partner with Finance corporate business teams and IT leaders throughout the organization to assist them on business growth and have a big impact by influencing individuals within and outside the IT department.
Responsibilities- Design and develop SAP Fiori applications using SAPUI5, JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS.
- Work with business stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements, translating them into technical specifications.
- Develop, test, and deploy custom Fiori applications and enhancements.
- Optimize and maintain existing Fiori applications to improve performance and user experience.
- Integrate Fiori applications with SAP backend systems and third-party services.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues in a timely manner, providing ongoing support and maintenance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and deployment.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest SAP Fiori and SAPUI5 technologies and best practices.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers.
- Document technical designs, solutions, and processes.
Qualifications- Strong experience in developing SAP Fiori applications using SAPUI5, JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS.
- Solid understanding of SAP Fiori architecture, design principles, and best practices.
- Experience with SAP backend systems, including SAP S/4HANA, SAP ERP, and SAP NetWeaver.
- Proficiency in integrating Fiori applications with SAP and non-SAP systems using OData services and REST APIs.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot complex issues.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience with Agile development methodologies is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
Preferred:
- Knowledge of SAP Fiori Elements and Smart Controls.
- Familiarity with SAP Business Application Studio.
- Experience with SAP ABAP development.
