About the Company:We are currently seeking a recruiter who will have a key role in our Talent Acquisition area.
About the Role:You will join our passionate and international HR Department located Mesquite, Texas and have a deep impact in our growth strategy.
Responsibilities:
- Experience recruiting within a manufacturing environment. This will include production operators, equipment technicians, etc.
- Ensure a consistent and professional recruiting process: acting as a talent partner, your mission is to ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process, including the necessary touchpoints with applicants and being appreciative with their interest in joining our team
- Strong point of contact for hiring managers regarding talent acquisition including advising on the selection of the final candidates, giving feedback about the market insights, etc.
- Be proactive in finding opportunities to improve our internal processes and tasks – actively sharing ideas and suggestions
- Represent Canadian Solar at trade shows and meet-ups and in any marketing initiatives
- Keep an eye on long-term personnel planning and therefore establishing talent pools in order to be able to respond to changes as well as possible candidates for the planned growth
Required Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- Minimum of 4+ years of recruiting experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
- Familiarity with various recruitment platforms, including social media, job boards, and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
- Experience in using ATS systems, such as Workday
- Professional experience in international and matrix organizations is a plus
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong knowledge of employment laws, hiring regulations, and best practices.
- Ability to build relationships and partner effectively with hiring managers and candidates.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple priorities, and meet tight deadlines.
