This role drives innovation and ensures excellence in driveline systems. You'll collaborate with engineers, suppliers, and manufacturing to develop and implement cutting-edge solutions that meet customer needs. You'll also lead quality improvement initiatives, analyzing warranty claims, implementing corrective actions, and working cross-functionally to elevate product quality.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and deliver driveline products to meet program and customer requirements.
- Collaborate with engineering, supplier, and manufacturing teams to ensure timely delivery of high-quality content.
- Lead quality improvement processes, analyzing warranty claims and implementing corrective design actions.
- Support manufacturing, interfacing systems, and FCSD with quality improvement initiatives.

- Collaborate with manufacturing, interfacing systems, and FCSD teams to effectively implement quality improvements throughout the product lifecycle.

Minimum
- Bachelor of Science in Engineering (required)
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills for effectively conveying technical information to diverse audiences.
- 5+ years - Working knowledge of engineering tools and methodologies including FMEA, DVP, BOM, and GPDS.
- MS Office proficiency

- Master's degree preferred
- Proven experience in Design & Release (D&R) processes, preferably in the Driveline field.
- Demonstrated proficiency with engineering tools such as WERs and Team Center.
