About the Role:
As a Principal Consultant for Offshore Wind Bid Strategy, you will be at the forefront of developing and executing comprehensive bid strategies. Your work will span from pre-auction positioning and bid strategy development to the creation of innovative solutions that meet qualitative criteria in tenders. You'll collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to provide bid support services across various geographies, with a particular focus on offshore wind projects in Europe, Asia, and Australia.
Your responsibilities will include:
Crafting and implementing bid strategies that align with client goals and tender requirements.
Managing high-profile offshore wind projects, ensuring timely and successful delivery.
Leveraging deep subject matter expertise in marine ecology, system integration, circularity, and other non-price criteria.
Building and nurturing relationships with clients, stakeholders, and industry partners.
About You:
You have a minimum MSc in a relevant technical or economics field.
You bring over five years of professional experience in offshore wind and strategy development.
You have a proven track record in project delivery within our core activities and sectors.
You possess a deep understanding of NL offshore wind developments and tender design.
