How to contribute to our vision
Team Lead for Tower Mechanical Detail Design Team
Qualifications:
- Graduate/ Postgraduate in Mechanical/ Production Engineering
- 15+ years of relevant experience (E.g.: Turbo machinery, Wind turbine or Heavy machinery)
- Min 4-6 years of experience in Wind turbine design preferred.
Roles and responsibilities:
- Proven work experience as a team leader or supervisor with excellent communication, leadership, Organizational and time-management skills
- Create an inspiring team environment with an open communication culture and good Decision-making skills.
- Oversee day-to-day operation and Motivate team members. Discover training needs and provide coaching.
- Should have experience handling team of 20 – 25 members
- Operate with an Innovative mindset and customer focus to deliver value.
- Excellent personal organization, ability to prioritize and carry out multiple task.
- Strong problem-solving attitude, facilitation and coaching skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with ability to successfully drive technical solutions working with cross functional teams and stakeholders.
- Experience in Wind industry is preferred but not mandatory.
- Knowledge of Design for X. Ownership to ensure quality of deliverables. Perform quality reviews & focus on continuous improvement.
- Well versed in sheet metal manufacturing, fabrication and finishing processes. Manufacturing experience is added advantage.
- Good knowledge of FMEA and risk assessments. Identify validation and verification requirements.
- Exposure to International standards on safety and mechanical design.
- Well versed in Product Design & development best practices.
