-Handle all live sales support (sales support channels, in-home scrubs, solargraf designs, sunruns etc) Live means the reps are in home with customers so they'd need to respond quickly
-It is a fast paced position
-They need to be able to multi-task well
-They need to be able to handle high pressure of multiple reps asking for multiple things at once and needing answers/assistance quickly
-Need to be professional and personable/likeable, positive attitude
-Solar knowledge and experience preferred
-Need to be a quick learner
-Need to be able to retain a lot of information
