The administrative assistant that we seek will be responsible for a variety of clerical and organizational tasks necessary to keep our business running in an efficient and organized way. Apricot Solar is expanding throughout the U.S., and we are currently looking for a talented results-driven individual.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the company e-store, shipping, and managing inventory
- Perform clerical duties and administrative tasks
- Answering telephone and email inquiries and directing calls to the CEO
- Running Errands
- Schedule Travel Arrangements- flights, appointments, booking hotel rooms, car rentals for the CEO
- Creating and maintaining computer records
- Booking meetings and conferences
- Taking minutes during business video meetings
- Coordinating appointments/arrangements for executives and managers
- Assisting Event Planning and other creative projects
- Managing Calendar - the CEO and company event planner
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Excellent Mac computer literacy especially using word processing, database, and spreadsheet software, the internet, G-Suite, and other applications
- Organizational skills
- Attention to detail when proofreading drafts or reports and letters you're asked to type
- Written and oral communication skills using correct grammar and spelling
- Self-starter that needs very little direction from executive-level
- Problem-solving abilities
- Flexibility with schedule and ability adapt to the demands of each day
- Strong work ethic to complete all tasks required in a timely fashion
- Must be a team player and have a personable nature
