A key player in the renewable energy sector is seeking a skilled and experienced Sales Administrator to join their team. Reporting directly to the head of the sales and business development, your main duties would be working as an assistant supporting the team responsible for bringing in the revenue. This is an opportunity to work full-time in-office.
Responsibilities:
• Data analytics of information received from clients
• Zoho (CRM) implementation and checking on business developers’ quality of work input onto the system
• Create new updated proposals with head of marketing
• Checking in with business developers and sales team on their responsibility
• Maintain and update all prospects/leads
• Maintain the database with sales prospects, leads and clients
• Participate in the preparation of proposals and/or sales presentations
• Assisting the head of business development in day-to-day tasks
• Confirming meetings for the head of business development
Requirements
- Good communication skills are a must (verbal and written)
- Experience with market research and maintaining databases
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Power Point)
- Experience in using CRM databases
- Ability to work in a self-starting environment and take initiative on tasks
- Strong time management skills
- Strong command of the English and Afrikaans language
- Good relationship-building skills
- Excellent Excel skills
