Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced coordinator to join our Talent Development team. This role will support our Learning + Development and internal communications programs.
This role will work closely with learning and development and internal communications leaders to create and execute enterprise-wide, audience-specific, and function-specific communications programs in support of major strategic and change initiatives, and engagement and reputation programs. Additionally, they will provide administrative support for all internal training programs. The supported programs are expected to drive a shared understanding of Quorum’s direction and leaders' and employees' roles in company success and support the continuous growth and development of employees.

Responsibilities
- Execute, with oversight, internal enterprise communication initiatives to drive employee engagement and support major HR initiatives, diversity and inclusion, and culture.
- Provide administrative support for all training programs, including maintaining a training calendar, scheduling training sessions, scheduling training facilitators, managing the enrollment process and tracking completion in Learning Management System.
- Assist in updating and maintaining training content to meet evolving business needs.
- Ownership of updates to several SharePoint sites (including Home page, L+D page, & others)
- Deliver exceptional written and oral communications for internal audiences to support communications plans.
- Provide creative, informative content ideas.
- Continuously look for ways to improve processes and identifying critical communication opportunities.
- And other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, Human Resources, Organizational Development, or related field required.
- 1-2 years of experience in internal communications, ideally in Human Resources or Communications at a global organization.
- Strong written, oral and interpersonal communication skills.
- An exceptional eye for detail
- Strong business acumen.
- Excellent planning skills, with a proven ability to manage, prioritize and allocate time.
- Ability to work cross-functionally with multiple departments in a mid-sized / larger organization.
- Ability to handle sensitive or proprietary company information in a confidential manner.
- Strong working knowledge of the Microsoft Suite of products - PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Outlook, SharePoint
- Familiarity with Learning Management System (LMS) administration
- Experience with L&D Software & Tools
- Fluent in English, both written and verbal
Additional Details
- Background Check: The successful candidate will need to successfully complete the following clearances: Criminal History Check, Education Verification, Employment Verification, Driver’s License Verification and Passport/ID validation.
- Visa Sponsorship: Employment eligibility to work with Quorum Software in Colombia is required as the company will not pursue visa sponsorship for this position. The successful candidate will be required to ensure they maintain and renew any visas or permits that grant employment eligibility where applicable.
- Current professional card or registration in Colombia (if applicable): The successful candidate will be required to present their professional card or registration information if the role is deemed to be regulated.
- Onboarding Medical: The successful candidate will be required to undergo an onboarding medical examination prior to commencement of employment, in accordance with Colombian legislation.
