How to contribute to our vision
Conduct routine and ad-hoc vibration analysis on Siemens Gamesa wind turbines.
Monitor and analyze vibration data to identify abnormalities and potential issues.
Utilize vibration analysis tools and software to interpret data and generate detailed reports.
Perform root cause analysis of vibration-related problems and recommend corrective actions.
Collaborate with maintenance and engineering teams to implement solutions for identified issues.
Maintain accurate records of all vibration analysis activities and findings.
Stay updated with the latest advancements in vibration analysis and condition monitoring technologies.
What You Need To Make a Difference
A passion for renewable energy and a sense for the importance to lead the change. We are also looking for…
Certification in Vibration Analysis to ISO CAT II level as per ISO 18436 is preferred.
Proven experience in vibration analysis, preferably within the wind energy sector.
Strong understanding of vibration principles, signal processing, and data interpretation.
Proficiency with vibration analysis tools and software (e.g., SKF, Gram&Juhl, Bachmann etc).
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to conduct detailed root cause analysis.
Good English skills
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Preferred Qualifications:
ISO CAT II certification or higher.
Experience with Siemens Gamesa wind turbines.
Knowledge of other condition monitoring techniques (e.g., thermography, oil analysis).
