What will be your main tasks?
As Recruiter in our team, you will be responsible for the following tasks:
Use and Improvement of the Applicant Tracking System (ATS):
- Effectively use an ATS to track candidates throughout the hiring process.
- Continually improve the system to ensure the best experience for candidates and the team.
Writing Job Postings:
- Create attractive and informative job postings.
- Define job requirements and candidate profile in collaboration with other teams.
Attracting Candidates:
- Proactively search for candidates on different platforms.
- Develop strategies to attract high-quality candidates.
Selection Management:
- Organize and conduct interviews with candidates.
- Cooperate with other teams regarding the organization of psychological testing.
- Proactively participate in testing the candidate's specific knowledge.
Participation in the Employee Satisfaction Survey:
- Actively participate in employee satisfaction surveys.
- Identify key aspects of improving the work environment.
Participation in Employer Branding Activities:
- Collaborate with the Marketing Department in creating and implementing employer branding strategies.
- Represent the company at events and promote company values.
More about you:
- University degree within social sciences
- Minimum work experience of 2 years in the same or similar jobs
- Knowledge of MS Excel
- Knowledge of ATS systems (experience of using TalentLyft is an advantage)
- Excellent knowledge of spoken and written English
- Affinity to teamwork
- Desire to learn and master new skills.
