We are looking for an IT Engineer HPD and Multiplatform Support to elevate our Customer Operations Team and help us deliver cutting-edge technology and shape the digital future for various industries. In addition to the core responsibilities, the role may also include additional tasks in O365, Windows/Linux, Print, Citrix Connect@Plant and Connect@Office , Azure, and Application operation and support, based on your experience and expertise.

Your contributions:
As our IT Engineer, you will work with:
- Virtualization Management:
- Manage virtual environments using VMware, Hyper-V, or other virtualization platforms.
- Optimize and troubleshoot virtual infrastructure to ensure high availability and performance.
- Manage virtual machine (VM) lifecycle, including provisioning, cloning, snapshot management, and decommissioning.
- Storage Solutions:
- Manage storage solutions using Nasuni and Isilon technologies.
- Configure and optimize NAS and cloud storage systems to meet performance and capacity requirements.
- Monitor storage performance and capacity, adjusting as needed to ensure efficient data management.
- System Administration:
- Perform regular system maintenance, including updates, patches, and backups.
- Ensure the security of virtual and storage environments by implementing best practices and security policies.
- Maintain documentation for system configurations, processes, and procedures.
- Technical 3rd Line Support:
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for virtualization and storage systems.
- Work with internal teams and vendors to resolve issues and implement solutions.
- Conduct root cause analysis for incidents and implement preventive measures.
- Performance Optimization:
- Monitor and analyze system performance, implementing optimizations to enhance efficiency.
- Develop and maintain capacity planning strategies to anticipate and meet future demands.
- Utilize performance metrics and reporting tools to maintain optimal system operations.

- O365:
- Administration and support of Office 365 environments.
- Windows/Linux:
- Management and maintenance of Windows and Linux server environments.
- Print:
- Support and management of enterprise print solutions.
- Citrix (Connect@Office & Connect@Plant):
- Citrix Cloud and Citrix on-premises environments management.
- Azure:
- Administration and management of Azure cloud services.
- Application operation and support:
- Operation and support of enterprise applications.
- Windows server maintenance.
Who you are?

- Experienced in Virtualization Management:
- VMware Administration: Designed, implemented, or managed VMware Horizon and Citrix On-prem and Citrix Cloud environments, ensuring high availability and optimal performance. Tasks included VM provisioning, configuration, and lifecycle management. Resolved performance issues and conducted regular system updates and patches.
- Hyper-V Implementation: Deploy and manage Hyper-V environments, focusing on network configuration, storage integration, and system optimization. Provide troubleshooting and support for virtual machine issues.
- Proficient in System Administration:
- Windows Servers: Manage Windows server environments, including installation, configuration, and maintenance. Ensured system security through regular updates, patch management, and access control policies.
- Experienced in any of the following Work Areas (not required but a plus):
- O365: Administration and support of Office 365 environments.
- Windows/Linux: Management and maintenance of Windows and Linux server environments.
- Print: Support and management of enterprise print solutions.
- Citrix (C@O & C@P): Citrix Cloud and Citrix on-premises environments management.
- Azure: Administration and management of Azure cloud services.
- Application operation and support: Operation and support of enterprise applications. Windows server maintenance.
- Nasuni: Implement and manage Nasuni cloud file storage solutions, ensuring seamless integration with existing infrastructure. Responsibilities included configuring global file locking, managing file migrations, and optimizing storage performance. Conducted regular backups and disaster recovery tests.
- Isilon Management: Administered Dell EMC Isilon scale-out NAS systems, handling tasks such as cluster setup, performance tuning, and capacity planning. Ensured data integrity and security through regular audits and compliance checks.
Personal qualifications:
- Reliable, responsible, and independent
- Strong sense of ownership
- Actively engaged in improvement activities
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Fluent in spoken and written English
- Fluent in spoken and written Malaysian
- Willingness to work different shifts to support 24/7 operations
Formal requirements:
- 2-3 years of experience within relevant areas
- Advantage with certifications such as VMware, Citrix, Hyper-V, Nasuni, and Isilon (Storage), Windows
