For the KWS SAAT SE & Co. KGaA at the Einbeck (Lower Saxony/ Germany) we are looking for a talented Project Manager (m/f/d) in the field of renewable energies at the earliest possible date. In this position, you will be responsible for developing and coordinating energy concepts at the KWS Group’s worldwide locations. This exciting and versatile position is open-ended and full-time.
Your tasks - challenge meets responsibility:
- Development of energy concepts: planning and development of energy concepts at global locations of the KWS Group taking into account corporate objectives
- Implementation: Translating the developed concepts into concrete plans, taking into account technical, sustainable and economic aspects
- Project support: Management of external specialist planners and implementing companies in the implementation of measures
- Interface function: acting as a link between the departments of sustainability and energy management
- Investment and repair measures: Support of investment and repair measures in the field of supply technology at German locations
- Data analysis: Analysis and monitoring of energy data in close cooperation with the energy management
Your profile - competence meets personality:
- Completed studies in the field of energy technology, preferably with a focus on renewable energies, supply engineering or a comparable training
- Initial professional experience in the preparation of energy concepts and experience in construction projects, especially in the field of technical building equipment, are desirable
- Affinity for data analysis in the energy sector is a plus
- Willingness to receive regular training, including trade fair visits and similar events
- Strong assertiveness and ability to ensure cost and schedule adherence (adherence to budget and schedule)
- Very good knowledge of German and English in both spoken and written form is mandatory; further foreign language skills are an advantage
- Willingness to travel worldwide (up to 15%) and a class B driving license
