DescriptionThis Project Coordinator position is responsible for supporting project managers with administrative tasks related to Client projects and the overall adherence to Company policy and procedure that are critical for accurate revenue and cost forecasting.
This includes project set up within our fulfillment system, assistance with expenses and purchasing, working with project managers and service line leads to monitor project budget health and potential overages, ensuring accuracy in project billings issued to customers and appropriate revenue recognition in PSA fulfillment tool/Oracle.
Responsibilities- Develop a strong understanding of end-to-end process flows between Salesforce, PSA and Oracle
- Act as North America Advisory Services PMs’ support person as liaison between Oracle shared services, PSA administrators.
- Work collaboratively with the Business Development team to ensure smooth transition of the Order-to-Project set up process
- Responsible for project set up in PSA in accordance with executed contracts for pricing, scope, terms of service, as well as key fields required for proper revenue and cost allocations and reporting.
- Monitor projects as assigned to ensure accuracy and timeliness of billing as well as assist PMs in budget calculations for change orders for existing projects if required. Promptly seek adjustments and hold releases as necessary via communication with the Sales team and UL Credit Team to ensure business continuity
- Review and release of billing events, as needed.
- Assist with moving of time or expenses, as needed.
- Support billing activities following release of billing events, such as reprint of invoices from Oracle and providing additional information as requested by Clients.
- Assist PMs with updates to Projects such as adding assignments, end dates, and any other general project maintenance.
- Recommend process improvements.as needed to support departmental goals and strategies.
- Other Project Admin related duties in support of PMs as assigned.
Qualifications- Educational background or work-related experience or some understanding of Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration
- Strong team player with excellent collaboration skills
- Strong analytical skills and business acumen
- Ability to self-manage and prioritize time-sensitive requests
- Brings at least 3 years of hands on experience with project related functions

- Total Rewards: The salary range for this position is $50,000 - $55,000 and is based upon years of experience that is commensurate with the level of the position. All employees at UL Solutions are eligible for annual bonus compensation. The target for this position is 5% of the base salary offered. Employees are eligible for health benefits such as medical, dental and vision; wellness benefits such as mental & financial health; and retirement savings (401K) commensurate with the standard rewards offered in each individual location or country, for the relevant position level. We also provide employees with paid time off including vacation (15 days), holiday including floating holidays (12 days) and sick time off (72 hours).
