The Coordinator will be responsible for:
• Reading and interpreting purchase contracts
• Writing sales contracts
• Creating and maintaining reports
• Filing and sharing reports
• Recordkeeping
• Entering sales contracts & sending contracts for approval;
• Updating & distributing price lists (CA, NV, AZ, TX, daily price sheets for multiple regions, etc.);
• Entering inter-branch prices for non-ferrous & CRV;
• Sending out conference call reports;
• Allocating materials to yards.
Successful candidates will have:
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
• Ability to recognize and follow patterns (maintain existing filing systems, preserve nomenclature, etc.)
• Strong math skills
• Familiarity with the scrap metal recycling industry
• Ability to prioritize and organize tasks;
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, etc.);
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision;
• Excellent verbal and writing skills;
• Ability to maintain relationships with yard partners, shipping lines, truckers, et al.;
• Familiarity with ferrous, non-ferrous, & CRV pricing;
• Familiarity with export bookings preferred;
• Analytical and problem solving skills;
• Ability to handle high-volumes of phone calls, E-mails, documentation, etc.

• Physical Demand Level: Light to Moderate
• Work Capacity: Lifting & carrying 35lb loads, bending, kneeling, and sitting for long periods.
• Sensory Demands: Hearing, vision, touch and taste
• Hand Movements: Repetitive motions, gripping, keyboard alignment
Pay Range: $23-25+/hr DOE
In office for 90 days, hybrid possible after training
