- Mentor and coach junior team members to foster a culture of learning and development within the organization.
- Ensure strict adherence to safety protocols and standards throughout all project phases.
QualificationsExperience
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in the Copper Tubes, Non-Ferrous Metals, and Chemical industry.
- Demonstrated expertise in project management, execution, commissioning, and project development.
Proven track record of delivering successful mechanical engineering solutions within project timelines
Education Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
Certification Required
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is highly desirable.
- Any relevant certifications in mechanical engineering or project management will be an advantage.
