Maintain / Update Qualification wise Job Roles across Trades / SSC, Training Plan , Training MIS, Assessment MIS, Certification MIS.
Training delivery through a network of Training Partner/s most suitable for the identified skill. Compile / update the Training Partner/s database.
Training Evaluation through feedback from stakeholders and incorporate the learnings / feedback to improve the future training effectiveness.
Effective communication with all the concerned stakeholders from planning to outcomes stage.
