Bilingual (Spanish) Solar Operations Specialist
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Bi-lingual (Spanish/English) Residential Solar Operations Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in solar operations, excellent communication skills in both Spanish and English, and a passion for renewable energy. This role is pivotal in ensuring the seamless installation and maintenance of residential solar systems while providing exceptional customer service to our diverse clientele.
- Coordinate and oversee the installation and maintenance of residential solar systems.
- Act as the primary point of contact for customers, providing support and addressing inquiries in both Spanish and English.
- Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations and safety standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, engineering, and customer service, to ensure project success.
- Monitor project timelines, budgets, and quality control to ensure timely and efficient completion.
- Support site assessments and inspections to determine optimal system placement and performance.
- Prepare and maintain detailed documentation, including reports, contracts, and permits.
- Fluency in both Spanish and English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in residential solar operations or a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of solar PV systems, including design, installation, and maintenance.
- Familiarity with Nevada state, and federal solar regulations and codes.
- Exceptional organizational and project management skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in relevant software and tools, such as PV design software and CRM systems.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
