DescriptionRPO Recruitment is currently seeking a dedicated and goal-oriented Solar Sales Representative to join our client's team in Benoni. As a Solar Sales Representative, you will play a vital role in promoting and selling solar energy systems to residential and commercial customers. You will be responsible for generating leads, conducting sales presentations, and closing deals to achieve sales targets.
In this role, you will work closely with clients to understand their energy needs and provide tailored solar solutions to meet their requirements. You will stay up-to-date with industry trends and technologies to effectively educate customers about the benefits of solar energy and the available products and services.
Responsibilities:
- Generate leads and identify sales opportunities in the solar energy market
- Conduct sales presentations and demonstrations to potential customers
- Provide accurate information and advice on solar energy solutions
- Create and deliver customized proposals and quotes
- Negotiate and close sales agreements
- Follow up with customers to ensure customer satisfaction
- Collaborate with the sales team to achieve sales targets
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and technologies
Requirements - Proven experience in sales in the solar energy industry
- Strong understanding of solar energy systems and related products
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients
- Self-motivated and results-oriented
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software
- Valid driver's license and own transportation
- High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree in business or a related field is a plus
