What you'll do- Act as a point of contact for the extended leadership team (ELT), their clients and other external partners
- Manage extended leadership team members' calendars and set up client meetings
- Make overseas travel and accommodation arrangements
- Assist current Executive Assistant to organise, host, and run events both internally and externally for clients, prospective clients and the ELT. Assist with internal and external communication across emails, and Slack, as required.
- Work with our office coordinator to organise team social events, booking venues, scheduling activities
- Opportunities to help out in other areas of the business (marketing, onboarding, recruitment)
What you'll need- Experience working in a fast paced and ever evolving, flexible environment
- Strong work ethic and highly organised
- Demonstrable time management skills
- A background in an EA role reporting to a C suite individuals in a fast paced company
- The role will be hybrid 3-4 days a week onsite in our Manchester office.
