The Vestas Offshore department is responsible for and maintenance of the wind turbines in multiple windfarms in the North Sea within the Netherlands and Belgium. The department has an open and informal culture, where teamwork and good communication is the key to our success. Responsibilities
- As the Offshore Supervisor, it will be your responsibility to plan all operations at the offshore wind farm.
- You will work closely with our customer and direct a team of technicians.
- You will be in charge of organizing, planning and preparing all offshore activities and ensure smooth and safe operations.
- Compliance to Vestas Health and Safety Management system
- The planning of all activities at site and Cooperating closely with our customer
- Responsible for complying to Health, Safety & Environmental legislation and Vestas Health & Safety management system
- General support to the Manager and ensure smooth daily operation
- Conducting safety walks and being a role model in safe working
- Assisting the implementation of new procedures/processes to the site
- Ensure compliance to management system and instructions
Qualifications
- Completed electrical or mechanical degree from a technical school/college/universtity
- Experience as a teamleader/supervisor
- Professional experience (electrical and/or mechanical) and preferably offshore
- High voltage knowledge and/or switching experience is a advantage
- Fluent Dutch & English Communication skills
- Good knowledge of MS office
- Driving license category B

- Willingness to travel to other sites and training when required

Additional information
You must be living withing 45 minutes of the location as you will be going home and coming to work every day. This will be a 14 days rotation role.
