About the Role: Sr. Executive Sales - Industrial Rooftop Projects
As a Sr. Executive Sales for Industrial Rooftop Projects at GRE Renew Enertech Private Limited, you will play a key role in driving sales and business development for industrial rooftop solar projects. Your focus will be on projects with an average size of 3 MW. This role requires a minimum of 2-4 years of relevant experience. You will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, managing customer relationships, and achieving sales targets.
Responsibilities:
·Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve targets for industrial rooftop solar projects.
·Identify and engage with potential clients, including industries and commercial establishments.
·Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and stay updated on industry trends.
·Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to potential clients.
·Negotiate contracts and close deals to secure new projects.
·Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business and customer satisfaction.
·Collaborate with internal teams, including engineering and project management, to ensure seamless project execution.
·Provide accurate sales forecasts and reports to management.
·Attend industry events, exhibitions, and conferences to promote GRE Renew Enertech's offerings.
·Ensure compliance with company policies, industry standards, and legal requirements in all sales activities.

1.Sales Revenue Growth:
Target: Achieve a quarterly increase in sales revenue from industrial rooftop projects.
2.New Client Acquisition:
Target: Acquire a specified number of new clients per quarter through targeted sales efforts.
3.Project Pipeline Development:
Target: Build and maintain a robust pipeline of potential projects to ensure continuous business growth.
4.Proposal Conversion Rate:
Target: Achieve a high conversion rate of proposals to signed contracts.
5.Customer Retention:
Target: Maintain a high customer retention rate by delivering exceptional service and ensuring client satisfaction.
6.Market Penetration:

Requirements
Fundamental Parameters:
Experience: Minimum 2-4 years of proven experience in listed companies.
Qualification: B.E Electrical/Mechanical/ relevant Diploma from a recognized institution, with good communication skills.
Location: Ahmedabad, Gujarat
