Job Description: Develop the Portfolio backlog for WWW (Water, Wastewater) and MMM (Mining, Minerals and Metals) segments and applications. Develop a roadmap to continuously evolve the Automation Expert offer to achieve the EcoStruxure Automation Expert next generation vision. Work closely with the Incubator organization including all roles in the Essential and Portfolio layer of the SAFe process framework. Build strong interfaces to Product Managers, Enterprise and System Architects, Release Train Management and Portfolio Management. Interact with internal and external stakeholders and obtain frequent Voice of Customer input and validation to ensure alignment to market needs. Engage frequently with early adopters and other potential customers and convey Automation Expert value propositions. Strategize with customers on their next generation vision. Work closely with Segment Experts and Line of Business Offer Managers to ensure the Automation Expert offer is aligned with their priorities. Actively promote EcoStruxure Automation Expert in different public forums and customer events and participate in marketing activities. Eligible for remote work up to 3 days per week.
Requirements: Position requires Bachelor’s degree, or foreign equivalent, in Engineering (any) or related field. Employer will accept a combination of academic and work experience equivalent to a Bachelor’s degree in lieu of a Bachelor’s. Position also requires 4 years of experience in industrial automation, project management, product management, or related occupation, which must include at least some experience in the following skills: Developing business cases and Industrial Automation solutions for Water Wastewater segment and Mining, Minerals and Metals segment; Synthesizing market needs and trends and customer needs to define product requirements; Developing product roadmaps, and managing product lifecycles and offers; Researching market conditions and trends in industrial automation; and Guiding work using SAFe agile principles.
