Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic International Sales Head to lead our expansion efforts within the solar industry. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of proven expertise in international sales within the solar energy sector.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategies to drive international sales growth in the solar industry.
- Lead a high-performing sales team, providing guidance, support, and mentorship.
- Identify and cultivate relationships with key stakeholders, partners, and clients globally.
- Analyze market trends and customer needs to capitalize on business opportunities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with company objectives.
- Establish and meet sales targets, monitoring performance metrics and KPIs.
- Drive negotiations, contracts, and deal closures in international markets.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or related field (Master's preferred).
- Proven track record of at least 5 years in international sales within the solar industry.
- In-depth knowledge of solar energy products, markets, and industry dynamics.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse sales team.
