Target: Achieve a 10% reduction in purchasing costs annually through effective negotiation and strategic sourcing.
- Supplier Performance:
Target: Maintain strong relationships with key suppliers, ensuring at least 95% on-time delivery and quality compliance.
- Inventory Management:
Target: Optimize inventory levels to minimize carrying costs while ensuring the availability of necessary materials for projects.
- Sourcing Strategy:
Target: Develop and implement sourcing strategies to identify reliable suppliers and maintain a diverse supply base.
- Contract Negotiation:
Target: Successfully negotiate supplier contracts, aiming for a 90% success rate in achieving favourable terms.
- Quality Assurance:
