Job Summary:
Project Auditor supports all aspects of project cost accounting and financial reporting for ProSolar projects. This role will focus on cost accounting for projects in the development, construction, and operations phases, monitoring the costs as they accumulate for the various projects, preparing financial statements for project entities, assisting other departments to help review spending associated with project entities, and assisting with multi location level activities and internal controls.
Project Auditor's primary responsibilities will include auditing every project, ensuring that at the end of the month, all project job costs such as labor hours, materials, soft costs, M1 and M2, invoicing present before stamping approval and initiating all ops bonuses companywide.

Working closely with our loan companies to process funds back this will include carefully reviewing spreadsheets and ensuring these projects have gained permission to operate the solar system
Going through master spreadsheets and running through a list of accounts ensuring jobs are updated
Partnering with multiple departments to ensure jobs are not forgotten, placed on schedule, and followed up with promptly
Provide weekly updates in calls to upper management about the progress of jobs and why/why they are not moving
Be able to analyze the spreadsheets and point out bottlenecks of where jobs are at a standstill and be able to problem solve
Auditing each job one by one to ensure the job is in the proper stage so that it moves forward in a timely manner
Communicate with loan companies and provide them updates as needed (documentation)
Being able to problem solve and take initiative rather than wait for the solution to be given to you
Tracking Net funding and Reverse Funding
Devise innovative growth strategies
Other duties as assigned and/or directed
