Primary Responsibilities:
Our Solar Setter Manager supports an Area Manager in the daily responsibilities required to keep a business running smoothly. They direct employees and ensure that work is being completed in a timely and effective manner. You will be in charge primarily of interviewing, hiring, training, and nurturing new sales talent.
- Interview, hire, train, and assist in developing new sales reps
- Track and manage turnover within an office
- Manager a sales team and hit specific volume metrics put in place by yourself and local management
- Educate Setters on local, renewable solar energy solutions.
Requirements and qualifications:
- Door-to-door sales experience (preferred)
- Customer service or sales background (required)
- Excellent verbal communication, and the ability to convey information clearly and effectively
- Strong leadership abilities and initiative
- Great interpersonal skills
- Quick decision-making skills and problems solving skills
- Excellent time management
- Strong attention to detail
- Able to manage and motivate others
- Must have a vehicle

Compensation
- Base salary
- commission + team overrides
- Several paid retreats
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $80,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
(Earnings is performance based but exceed $150k the first year.)
