Throughout the B2B sector we supply and support our cooperation partners and installers with innovative photovoltaic products. We also offer trainings and organize roadshows to keep our customers up to date.
The experts for our own mounting system, novotegra, provide first installation support directly on site. In addition, we offer full system configurations and a digitalized customer journey via our planning tool Solar-Planit and our webshops.

About the role
Due to our dynamic growth, we are expanding our team ideally in Tübingen/Munich and are currently looking for an HR Manager EMEA (m/f/d) for BayWa r.e. Solar Trade Holding GmbH (“STH”). STH is the holding company of the Solar Trade business within BayWa r.e. group, comprising 23 legal entities and over 1,400 employees. STH itself has more than 30 employees.
