We're currently seeking an outgoing person to manage solar installations on behalf of our installers and customers. We need someone confident, organised and good at multi-tasking. Ideally, you have worked in the solar or electrical industry but we welcome all applications.

About the Role
As an Installation Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the solar installation goes smoothly for both the customer and our installer. Your day will involve:
• Coordinating site inspections and installations with customers and installers
• Maintaining a high level of communication with all parties involved in the installation process
• Ensuring compliance around procedures to be followed and government rebate applications
• Efficiently and accurately maintain CRM systems
• Issuing invoices, purchase orders and approve payments related to installations
As a successful candidate, you will be:

• A strong communicator
• Proactive, hardworking and dedicated to providing a solution to any task at hand with excellent attention-to-detail
• Reliable with a positive "can-do" attitude and work ethic, flexible and adaptable, and work well independently and as part of a team
• Competent with computer software
• Experienced in the electrical service and/or solar industry (desirable but not essential)
