Infravision is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented People and Culture Coordinator to join our team. The People and Culture Coordinator will play a pivotal role in supporting various aspects of the HR function, with a focus on recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding processes. What you’ll do
The key responsibilities include:
Recruitment Support:
- Support our talent acquisition process, including preparation of hiring briefs, job descriptions, and position placements on various platforms, coordinate candidate screenings and conduct pre-employment checks
- Assisting with preparation of employment contracts, termination letters, transfer letters, salary change notifications, relocation documentation
- Manage the finalization of positions, ensuring effective communication with all candidates, including those who were not selected
Onboarding and Offboarding:
- Support the onboarding process including IT setup, uniform allocation, and workspace arrangements
- Conduct follow-ups with supervisors at 30, 60, and 90 days to ensure a smooth onboarding experience
- Assist with identifying training needs for new hires and existing employees
- Assist with offboarding processes to maintain company culture and ensure a positive exit experience for departing employees
- Organize team events and activities to foster team culture and morale
Administrative Support:
- Assist in People administration, ensuring high-quality service and continuous improvement
- Maintain employee records and update the HRIS with employee changes
- Stay updated on employment regulations, industry trends, and best People practices
- Support with a range of tasks relating to end-to-end employee lifecycle
- Support leaders in facilitating performance review processes and associated administration
What we are looking for
Required Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or related field
- Proven experience in People coordination or administration, preferably in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail, quality focused, strong work ethic, and positive attitude
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Strong knowledge of People policies and procedures
- Proficiency in HRIS software, preferably BambooHR
