- Monitors division expenses during the year and works with Budget Analyst to reconcile division accounts
- Purchases supplies, equipment, and services for the division utilizing a credit/purchase card and reconciles the monthly statement
- Serves as technical advisor to unit personnel on travel and prepares travel authorizations and vouchers using automated systems and software
- Serves as the primary timekeeper for the division and reviews time and attendance submission and assures it is correctly entered into the automated timekeeping system
- Maintains office files (electronic or manual), including project files, administrative material, reports, and forms
- Types and composes correspondence, memoranda, reports, work schedules, meeting minutes etc., from drafts or notes using word processing
software
