We're looking for a sharp, self-motivated, problem-solving IT Analyst to join our team.
Our IT analyst role is unique and will include elements of service desk and desktop services, along with the responsibility of exceptional service delivery. You will receive inbound service requests via phone and service management software. You will provide guidance, assistance, coordination, and follow-up on requests, questions, problems, and malfunctions of systems applications, hardware, or software supporting internal customers.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Responding to client support requests via phone or service management portal
Contacting clients to find out the nature of the problem
Traveling to the client's location or connecting via remote link
Troubleshooting hardware and software issues
Installing and maintaining hardware and computer peripherals
Installing and upgrading operating systems and computer software
Troubleshooting networking and connection issues
Advising on software or hardware upgrades
*This is an in office position in Lincoln, NE*
EDUCATION:
Associate degree in Information Science or related field along with familiarity with A+, Network+, or ITIL Certifications
educational background or an equivalent combination of education and experience preferred but not required
EXPERIENCE:
1-3 years of proven experience in a heavy customer-focused support environment
Knowledge in desktop hardware, including laptops, basic telephony, and printing
Knowledge with Microsoft Office 365, Outlook, and collaborative applications like MS Teams
Familiarity with Service Now or similar tool for service and incident tracking and follow-up
SKILLS / KNOWLEDGE / ABILITIES:
Display exceptional customer service skills
Ability to perform collaboratively within a team-focused environment
Ability to work cross-functionally with tier 2 support teams
Strong oral and written communication skills (e-mail, chat, and telephone conversations) with technical and non-technical clients
Strong interpersonal skills with technical and non-technical clients
Ability to work with a minimum of direct supervision
Proven technical aptitude to include strong troubleshooting skills
Strong organization skills and an ability to follow issues/tasks to completion
Travel to Allo community markets when needed
Able to lift a minimum of 50lbs
