Position Specific Description
The QAA (Quality Assurance and Process Analytics) team is seeking an enthusiastic candidate to join our team!
The Business Analyst II role will be expected to work with a high degree of initiative and independence in developing solutions that further the business objectives and ensure their successful implementation. This position serves as a key contributor on the team in a broad range of projects with a focus on process improvements, data analytics, and customer satisfaction. This candidate must have strong process, analytical, and communication skills.
This position can be based out of the Revenue Management Office (RMO) located in Miami Gardens.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Knowledge of Six Sigma quality tools and techniques
• Experience with small/medium IT projects design and execution including defining and documenting requirements, managing stakeholders, developing end-to-end test cases, executing test cases, and providing UAT (User Acceptance Testing) approval
• Obtain data and present information using data visualization techniques (SQL, Excel, MS-Access, etc.)
• Conducts quantitative and qualitative research to support small to medium special business case / Accelerate projects
• Ability and desire to learn new systems and translate data into projects that answer specific questions and generate insights that can drive enhancements
• Effectively communicate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure deliverables are met timely and accurately.
• Proactively engage in process design and modification for continuous business improvement
• Collaborate cross-functionally across all internal departments. Provide frequent and consistent communication to Leadership on deliverables and status updates
• Performs other job-related duties as assigned
