As a Project Engineer, you will play a key role in the successful execution of renewable energy projects. You will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of project development, from initial planning and design to construction and commissioning. Your technical expertise, project management skills, and passion for renewable energy will be crucial in driving project success and contributing to a cleaner and greener future.
Responsibilities
- Lead engineering activities and manage project deliverables.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop project plans and schedules.
- Conduct feasibility studies and site assessments for renewable energy projects.
- Design and optimize renewable energy systems, including solar PV and wind farms.
- Manage project budgets, resources, and timelines.
- Coordinate with contractors and vendors to ensure quality and timely project execution.
- Ensure compliance with applicable codes, standards, and regulations.
- Monitor and evaluate project performance, identifying areas for improvement.
- Prepare and present project progress reports to internal and external stakeholders.
Requirements - Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Project Engineer in the renewable energy industry.
- Strong knowledge of renewable energy systems, including solar PV and/or wind.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Familiarity with applicable codes, standards, and regulations.
- Willingness to travel to project sites, as required.
