Job Summary:
As a Scheduling Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing the scheduling and coordination of all things solar!,Ensuring that resources, including labor, equipment, and materials, are allocated effectively. You will work closely with permitting, installation teams, and our Operations Managers to optimize scheduling processes and support the timely completion of solar projects. The ideal candidate should have strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and a commitment to project efficiency.
Responsibilities:

Scheduling Management: Develop and manage project schedules for solar installation projects,services, and city inspections while considering resource allocation, timelines, and project priorities.

Project Coordination: Collaborate with project managers, installation teams, and suppliers to ensure that projects are executed seamlessly and according to schedule.

Site Assessment: Gather data on site conditions, availability of materials, and project requirements to support scheduling decisions.

Scheduling Optimization: Continuously assess and optimize scheduling processes to improve project efficiency, resource allocation, and cost-effectiveness.

Documentation: Maintain accurate records of project schedules, resource allocation, and scheduling updates.

Reporting: Prepare and provide regular reports on project scheduling, resource utilization, and project status.

Communication: Effectively communicate project schedules and changes to relevant stakeholders, including project managers and installation teams.

Quality Assurance: Ensure that project schedules adhere to safety regulations and quality standards.

Problem Resolution: Identify and address scheduling conflicts, delays, or issues that may impact project timelines.
Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent (associate's or bachelor's degree is a plus).

Proven experience in project scheduling or coordination, with a minimum of [1] year of experience.
