Job Summary:
As a Loyalty Specialist, you will be responsible for engaging with existing solar customers, addressing their inquiries and concerns, and promoting the benefits of solar energy. Your primary goal is to retain customers, prevent cancellations, and identify opportunities for additional services or upgrades. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a passion for renewable energy, and a commitment to customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:

Customer Engagement: Proactively contact existing solar customers through phone, email, and other communication channels to maintain a positive relationship.

Issue Resolution: Address customer inquiries, concerns, and issues promptly and professionally, ensuring their satisfaction.

Retaining Customers: Identify and implement strategies to prevent cancellations, including offering solutions, addressing billing inquiries, and providing information on solar benefits.

Upselling: Identify opportunities to upsell additional solar products, services, or upgrades to existing customers.

Documentation: Maintain accurate and detailed customer records, including interactions, issues, and resolutions.

Renewal Management: Manage contract renewals and assist customers in understanding their options and benefits.

Feedback Collection: Gather customer feedback and insights to improve services and address potential issues proactively.

Product Knowledge: Stay informed about the company's solar products, services, and industry trends to effectively communicate with customers.

Reporting: Prepare and submit reports on customer retention, feedback, and upselling activities.
Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent (associate's or bachelor's degree is a plus).

Proven experience in customer service, sales, or a related field.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
