DescriptionHire Resolve is currently seeking a motivated and dynamic Solar Sales Representative to join our client and their team in promoting and selling solar energy products and services. As a Solar Sales Representative, you will be responsible for generating new leads, conducting consultations, delivering sales presentations, and closing deals.
Responsibilities:
- Generate leads through various channels, such as cold calling, networking, and referrals.
- Conduct consultations with potential customers to understand their energy needs and offer suitable solar solutions.
- Create and deliver persuasive sales presentations to educate customers about the benefits of solar energy.
- Prepare and present comprehensive proposals, including system design, financial analysis, and ROI estimation.
- Negotiate terms and pricing to close sales contracts.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers for repeat business and referrals.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and government policies related to solar energy.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful project execution.
RequirementsRequirements:
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in the solar or renewable energy industry.
- Strong knowledge of solar energy systems and their benefits.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to deliver persuasive sales presentations and address customer objections.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills.
- Self-motivated and target-driven.
- Proficient in using CRM tools and sales software.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel as needed.
