On-Site (Face-to-Face Lead Generation)

We are hiring a Green Energy Customer Sales Representative to specialize in face-to-face lead generation within a specific market.
Responsibilities:
You will play a pivotal role in promoting energy efficiency and environmental sustainability within our community. It's a dynamic position that offers the opportunity to make a tangible difference while driving sales growth for our company. We work face-to-face with the local community at our pop-up events situated in retail stores, shopping malls, sporting events, and trade shows across the OC region – you will never have to worry about the mundane monotony of an office role while you work with us!
Duties include but are not limited to:
- Engage with potential customers in person to promote green energy solutions.
- Conduct presentations regarding the campaign engaging new customers to create new sign-ups – this is where you captivate the audience and create a buzz around the energy campaign.
- Identify opportunities for lead generation through targeted outreach.
- Cultivate relationships with prospects and follow up on leads. First-class customer service is a necessity for this position.
- Collaborate with the sales team to achieve sales targets and objectives. This is a target-driven environment so there will be some friendly competition along the way!
Requirements:
- A proven track record in sales or customer-facing roles is beneficial but not essential.
- Excellent communication and persuasion skills.
- Passion for environmental sustainability and renewable energy.
- Self-motivated with a drive to succeed in a competitive industry.
- Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed.
