As a sustainability and innovation intern, you will work on cutting-edge projects that align with our commitment to environmental responsibility, social impact, and forward-thinking solutions.
At Roche Chile's Corporate Communications team, we are dedicated to taking our sustainability strategy to the next level. We are seeking individuals with creative thinking and a passion for making a difference to join us in shaping a renewed approach to sustainability, positioning it as a key asset for Roche.
As we put together a brand new sustainability strategy, we want you to become the leader responsible for refreshing our CSR & Sustainability OneRoche Plan, while optimizing resources and communicating our initiatives to our key stakeholders.
This internship position is located in Santiago, Chile, hybrid.
Key Responsibilities
Diagnose the current status of Roche´s CSR & Sustainability plan, to effectively assess the progress and effectiveness of our sustainability efforts.
Measuring current sustainability initiatives impact
Define a new and innovative approach to CSR & Sustainability - We are eager to hear your fresh ideas and perspectives, blow our minds with your ideas!
Develop and execute, with external agency support, a benchmarking study. Undertaking competitor and cross-industry analyses
Feed with new ideas and proposals the communications strategy for the sustainability plan. We welcome your insights and suggestions to enhance our communication efforts.
Coordinating internal follow up meetings
Preparing advance reports
Liaison with external agency
Preparing internal and external CSR & Sustainability events / initiatives and track their impact.
Analyzing the evolution of the sustainability reporting landscape
Analyzing the evolution of the various corporate sustainability initiatives
Providing suggestions to Corporate Sustainability Steering Committee & Corporate Affairs on areas where Roche should be strategically positioned
Who You Are
Furthermore you
Have minimum 1 year experience in the field of sustainability
Fluent in English and Spanish
Have strong interpersonal skills and an ability to operate within a highly complex, sometimes ambiguous and regulated global structure
Have ability to navigate and build strong relationships internally to ultimately deliver valuable insight
