What this job involves:
You will be part of an exciting journey to build a solid foundation for yourself as a sustainability professional in the built environment.
This 12 week internship will give you a flavour of what it takes to work in one of our Work Dynamics business lines. Working closely under the mentorship of an experienced professional, you will gain a better understanding of some of the daily tasks related to their area of expertise.
Work with ESG data, analyze and benchmark to drive sustainability for clients to meet Net Zero Carbon
Develop an understanding of Green Building standards and apply them to actual projects
Work with the Account Team to develop & Implementation of energy-saving solutions.
Gap Analysis of Clients Energy Data upload into the ESG System (Canopy),
Conduct market research, in areas related to renewable energy, certifications, technologies, customer sustainability targets etc

You are currently pursuing a degree in Business (Finance; Economics; Social Sciences) and/or Engineering (Chemical; Mechanical); Science or degree in environmental science; environmental management; energy (including renewables). Friends describe you as a well-rounded individual who is passionate in real estate and well versed in industry trends. You see yourself as an excellent communicator with a team player mind-set.
Someone high in integrity, open, highly adaptable and possess a positive learning attitude, you are confident in yourself and driven in your work with a hunger to succeed.
