Due to our continued growth, we are recruiting a Graduate Environmental Product Declaration (EPD) Consultant to join our existing LCA team. .
This role would be focused on delivering commercial LCA/EPD consultancy, with a strong bias towards performing Environmental Product Declarations (EPDs) and running workshops.
The work would involve site visits to clients, collating data on various industrial processes, and working with the LCA experts in Decerna to create EPDs, which would be published on EPD International for a range of products. It would also include supporting on training and workshops on EPDs.
Responsibilities will include –
- Client meetings
- Site visits to collect information from clients
- Undertaking Life Cycle Assessments to be used within EPDs
- Staying up to date with the latest literature on LCA
- Supporting on workshops
The successful candidate will have the following minimum qualification -
- Degree in a relevant science based discipline (for example, chemical engineering, chemistry, biochemistry, biology, physics)
Essential Skills & Attributes -
- A genuine interest in the low carbon economy and sustainability
- Well organised and methodical, with very strong attention to detail
- Writing technical reports and proposals to required standards
- Undertaking site visits of various types of production facilities
