Summary:
The Sr. Specialist, Other Technologies is responsible for staying current with and evaluating new and emerging technologies that can support the organization's goals and objectives. This individual will play a critical role in researching, testing, and implementing new technologies to improve the organization's systems and processes. They will also collaborate with other departments to ensure that new technologies are integrated seamlessly and effectively.

Technical Skills:
- Strong knowledge of various technologies, such as cloud computing, machine learning, and blockchain
- Familiarity with technology evaluation methodologies and tools
- Ability to conduct technology research and benchmarking
- Understanding of technology implementation best practices, including integration, testing, and deployment
- Experience with technology project management
- Knowledge of technology security and data privacy practices
Responsibilities:
- Stay current with and evaluate new and emerging technologies
- Research, test, and implement new technologies to improve systems and processes
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure new technologies are integrated seamlessly and effectively
- Provide training and support to other team members on new technologies
- Develop and maintain technology documentation and guides
- Monitor the performance and adoption of new technologies to ensure their effectiveness
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in technology evaluation and implementation
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
