As the NA Sustainability Project Manager, you will be successful engaging with Relationship Managers and our clients on sustainability initiatives initially focused on data collection.
The NA Sustainability Team is charged with helping the company reach its Mission of Growing a Better World Together. This role will assist the company in designing and implementing programs to enable the company to meet our sustainability commitments.

Job Responsibilities
Engage internal Rabo AgriFinance team of Relationship Managers, Business Development Managers, General Managers and others on implementation of a platform to measure GHG emissions of our rural clients.
Ensure a complete understanding of the farmer client’s needs and recommend regenerative agriculture solutions that satisfy the farmer client.
Demonstrate sound knowledge of Rabo AgriFinance clients, farming practices, and sustainability topics in agriculture (regenerative farming, etc.) and innovative propositions.
Develop in depth relationships with decision makers at farmer client farms/operations that result in long term favorable relationships.
Serve as the farmer clients primary contact for all product and service-related questions related to Sustainability initiatives for the Rabobank organization.
Identify and coordinate service solutions with existing global or other regional platforms
Assist in creating future business models and business plans associated with various client facing sustainability solutions.
Identify timelines, resources, and budget required to deliver projects successfully
Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors related to the execution of multiple projects
Attend conferences and training as necessary for farmer engagement and professional networking.
Perform other related duties as assigned

Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Agriculture, Sustainability or equivalent combination of studies and experience
Minimum 5+ year of experience within sustainability, banking, finance and/or agriculture.
Experience working directly with US farmers and ranchers
Ability to travel regionally, up to 35%

Salary Expectations:
Target Hiring Range: $95,000.00 - $105,000.00
This position is subject to the terms of [RAF/Rabobank/RDS]’s compensation plans and policies. It is anticipated that the position will pay within the target hiring range. The range is reflective of the desired primary physical work location and may be adjusted outside of the projected range based on geographical differentiation if the actual work location of the hired candidate differs from the desired primary location, or for other lawful reasons. Further, all full-time regular positions include all other benefits provided to [RAF/Rabobank/RDS] employees, including healthcare benefits, 401k matching, vacation, sick leave, parental leave, possible discretionary bonuses and all other benefits that are all governed by and subject to ERISA plan documents and eligibility.
