The Impact You’ll Make in this Role
The Partnership Sales Coordinator handles all the fulfillment and execution for the marketing partnership team at San Antonio Zoo and Kiddie Park. This team is responsible for selling corporate partnerships and zoo advertising. This role is client-facing and vital to our team’s success.
As a Marketing Partnership Sales Coordinator, you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people in San Antonio. Here, you will make an impact by:
- Ensure the execution of all zoo sponsorship program deliverables including but not limited to signage, social media and e-newsletter copy, website, activations, etc.
- Daily communication with zoo department teams to ensure execution and fulfillment of programs
- Process ticket requests
- Collect proof of performance in the form of photographs, screen shots, statistics, etc. to be used in sponsorship recap decks
- Preparing presentations, recaps, invoices, and reports for sales meetings
- Communicating with clients via email, phone, and in-person about event or campaign expectations and goals
- Attending events and promotions at the zoo including nights and weekends
- Adhere to all policies set forth by San Antonio Zoo.
- Consistently exhibit an attitude of service inside and outside of the zoo, showing hospitality to all.
- Be fully committed to the mission of San Antonio Zoo to create awareness that inspires action to care for the wild world we steward and animals we protect.
Other Responsibilities:
- Performs other work-related duties as required and assigned.
Your Skills and Expertise

- Ability to work a flexible schedule when needed including weekends as needed
- Customer service oriented and enjoys helping others
- Organized and effective at prioritizing their time
- Dependable and reliable
- High school diploma or GED
- Proficient in the Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
- Successful candidates must complete a pre-employment drug screening and background check.
- We enjoy year-round operation for all staff, must be available day, nights, weekends, holidays, and occasional special after-hour assignments.
