We’re looking for a Skills and Culture Lead to manage the delivery of Scottish Power’s Cyber Skills and Culture Transformation programme across our businesses. In this role, we’re looking for you to define and deliver programmes, and initiatives that align with cyber security strategy, this includes looking at our current cyber security skills and culture, identifying gaps, and managing initiatives to drive improvements.
What you’ll be doing
You’ll provide subject matter expertise into the cyber security strategy, working collaboratively with our People team to assess Cyber Skills and Culture across our business. You’ll assess emerging threats and risks and establish strategies for delivering and enhancing security controls, bridging the gap between technical and non-technical people, and articulating risks in a non-technical manner.
A key focus of the role will be to define and deliver the Cyber Awareness programme, which is crucial to our culture transformation programme. You’ll support the definition, delivery and implementation of programmes delivering compliance with regulatory requirements such as NIS, GDPR, ISO27001, SMART, championing the development of staff on all things cyber security - encouraging learning and development, and identifying areas of improvement.
Building relationships and working collaboratively with colleagues across all SP businesses and other relevant stakeholders, you’ll guide and provide subject matter expertise in all aspects of cyber security, promoting efficiency, continuity and knowledge sharing across the business.

Communications skills to effectively collaborate with various departments and convey complex concepts in an accessible manger.
Ability to engage and educate employees, executives, and external partners
Ability to foster a culture of Security Awareness within ScottishPower and develop awareness materials to support.
Organise and coordinate Events or Workshops.
Cultivate relationships with employees to enhance collaboration and information sharing.
Experience in developing learning content for a diverse workforce.
