Role Overview:
After California's recent change in energy legislature, homeowners are increasingly lining up for backup battery solutions alongside their solar systems. Unfortunately, some competitors have neglected to offer these solutions, leaving homeowners vulnerable to inflated utility costs. At Voltaic Energy, we see this as an opportunity to set new standards and assist homeowners in managing their energy consumption. Your primary role will be to educate and demonstrate to homeowners the benefits of transitioning to clean, renewable energy in their homes. Outside of being the sales professional in the home, you will be involved educating cold-contacted homeowners about solar and battery solutions, raising awareness about the benefits, and ultimately scheduling appointments at their doorstep

We're looking for individuals who:
- Execute white-glove-flawless Sales Demonstrations that result in signed clientele.
- Take initiative in self-generating sales appointments through daily door-to-door canvassing.
- Provide exceptional follow-up communication and nurture prospective client pipelines.
- Regularly engage in team training sessions and informational meetings.
- Deliver best-in-class customer service and create referral opportunities.
- Meet and exceed weekly and monthly Sales KPI quotas.
Role Requirements:
- Active State HIS (Home Improvement Sales) License required. Candidates without a license will be referred to the Appointment Setter candidate pool.
- Required: Must have completed a Minimum of 1 year of previous Solar Sales Experience.
- Flexible full-time availability (up to 40 hours weekly).
- Effective communicator. Bilingual proficiency not required, but is definitely a plus!
- Pass applicable Field Sales and Technician Training.
- Uphold exemplary, consistent performance in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation essential.
