About This Role
Are you a master of persuasion with a passion for clean energy? As our Solar Sales Representative you'll get to show off your charm and win over customers with your expertise in solar products. You'll have the chance to work independently and build relationships with potential customers in a fun and exciting environment.
Responsibilities:
- Use call, email, text, and other various communication forms to identify the validity and potential of leads.
- Build a network of customers by generating leads and following up on sales
- Represent Smart in an esteemed manner.
- Learn and use CRM and other tools of the job.
- Become a proficient solar professional with an understanding of all aspects of the product.
- Closing deals. (This can take anywhere from 2 weeks to 2 months.)
Pay:
- Uncapped commission-based sales (Average sale commission between $2,000- $10,000)
- Our standard is 4 sales/month.
- Volume bonuses are available.
- Six-figure annual income is expected, but in no way guaranteed.
